I work with visionary LOHAS leaders to support  them in attaining and maintaining self-sustainability.  There are so many incredible human beings doing beautiful work to support people and the planet, and at times it comes at their own expense.  As a life and leadership coach I attend to the leader and ensure that they are nutured as deeply and completely as their lifework.   Afterall, if they are unable to take extraordinary care of themselves, physically, emotionally and spiritually, it's unlikely they will have the impact desired for their community and the world.

As for my personal sustainability, I sustain myself by living on the Gulf Coast of Florida, spending time with good friends, playing with my dogs, taking long beach walks, doing yoga, and working with my clients by phone.  Additionally, I travel once or twice a month to someplace interesting on the planet to bring coaching skills to corporate leaders.

I'm full of dreams and big ideas and am always on the search for co-dreamers and collaborators.
